Pull request overview
Updates the Notifications view’s tree item icons to better reflect state by using more specific codicons and theme colors, aligning notifications with the rest of the extension’s PR/issue state visuals.
Changes:
- Show a distinct draft icon/color for open draft pull request notifications.
- Differentiate closed issues that were not “COMPLETED” by using a different theme color than standard closed issues.
