Boogie (Clients): native JMAP email + calendar client for Apple platforms. jmapcli (Tools): native macOS command-line JMAP client. Both were merged to software/software.mdown (#433, #434); per the note there, the website no longer builds from that list, so adding them to the page.

Adds two JMAP clients to the software page:
Both were previously merged into
software/software.mdown(#433, #434). As noted there, the website no longer builds from that list, so this adds them topages/software.liquid. Entries follow the existing format, fields, and alphabetical placement; descriptions match the merged ones.
