Clean up July 2 weekly changelog: remove non-public chains, add release links#1422

…se links Cross-checked each network against chain-config dashboard/networks/prod availability and removed entries for networks not marked PUBLIC (Etherlink, Hedera, Hemi Sepolia, Lisk, Neox, Taiko, Xdc). Added upstream GitHub release links for Jovay, Lens (zksync-en), Robinhood (nitro-node), and Tempo entries that were missing them. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
