You probably used an unsupported version of pepper flash. Ensure that you are using the 64-bit version of chrome and the 64-bit version of electron or the 32-bit version of chrome and the 32-bit version of electron.

No Internet Access error

You require internet access when you first start the offline editor. You won't need internet access ever again.
