Convert this repo into a webapp to view CI outputs

It's been a while since we have used this repo, since now the CI posts a comment with the main plots and stores the rest on an archive repo.

I used Codex + Claude to make this webapp where you can easily explore the outputs from the CI. It's almost ready, but I still want to address a couple of things:

• Slava brought up sorting commits within a PR by date. Currently, this is not possible without repeatedly making requests to github, so I'll change the name of the directories in the repo so that they include a timestamp as well (and then make this website show the timestamp).
• There should probably be a link to the PR somewhere.

I'm opening this PR so that you can give me feedback on how it works and how to make it better. You can find a live deployment at https://ariostas.github.io/LSTPerformanceWeb/ (which will be https://SegmentLinking.github.io/LSTPerformanceWeb/ once this is merged).
