Changes in scripts and acronjobs to read from scratch0/MonitoringScripts and follow github folder structure.
All changes tested and running.
Outputs from scripts are being fed to various metrics in SSB, mainly in "Site Readiness" view.

Exceptions:
WFM_Input_Dashboard/Avg24hjobs, JobSuccess/, WFM_Alarms/
old scripts used by the Production view (scripts predate creation of Site Support Team)
WFM_Alarms/ are not being used anymore but were kept just in case.

all scripts working in old locations in cmst1/scratch0 and running in acronjobs in cmst1

all scripts working in old locations (disorganized folders created before Site Support team existed) in cmst1/scratch0 and running in acronjobs in cmst1 (acronjobs call the old locations)

This release includes all scripts working, before changes were made inside the scripts and in the acronjobs of cmst1 to point to the new folders cloned from github in cmst1/scratch0 and that follow github repository structure (MonitoringScripts and SiteSupportFiles)
