bug: `relative_crossrefs` not rendered in `summary` table.

Description of the bug

relative_crossrefs not rendered in summary table provided by summary. The table simply instead show the syntax [Name][..] directly in the descriptions.

To Reproduce

 ```
 git clone https://github.com/easyscience/imaging-lib/tree/documentation
 cd imaging-lib
 pixi install
 pixi docs-serve
 ```

Expected behavior

I expected the relative crossrefs to render as links.

That's not a valid command.

What table? Please point me at the docstrings that illustrate the issue, or provide an actual minimal repro 🙂
