Cloudstack KVM host HA State

In my cloudstack ui one of my kvm host's ha state is "degraded"

how can i make it available like this another kvm host

how can make that kvm host available.

when i am trying to migrate any vm to another host from this host it shows svm exception, but when i manually stop a vm and start it in another host and take it back to this compute and then i try to migrate, it is migrating properly
