He Glenn, nice to see you around ;) vmware.management.portgroup is a global setting and changing it to cluster/zone level would require some code changes. I am not sure if ‘just’ changing the scope of the setting would suffice, but your description seems to suggest it would. |

Hi,
I'm using two zones with a VMware cluster in each zone , the two clusters have different VDS / DPG names for the management networks that ACS talks to the Esxi one different vlans,
in the Global settings there is "Vmware management portgroup (vmware.management.portgroup)
Specify the management network name(for ESXi hosts)"
How can I do this on a per cluster level and not Global
Example
DC1 - VMware Cluster - DVS - vDS-DIA1-HYP - DPG-MGMT-VLAN-1060
DC2 - Vmware Cluster - DVS - vDS-TH1-HYP - DPG-MGMT-VLAN-1061
I did try to create a DPG called CloudStack-MGMT in both DC's using the different vlans , but ACS just could not find it
Any Ideas?
